Distinguish auditory components

For systems with multiple auditory components or channels (potentially including assistive technology or accessibility features), people may need to clearly perceive and distinguish the various auditory components and not have them interfere with each other.

Notes

Examples:

• Audio descriptions happening in gaps in dialog
• Audio descriptions made with a voice distinct from other content
• Background music can be turned off or reduced in volume so it does not interfere
